How to make orders from Audiosources?
1, Which shipping way your company adopt?
Audiosources currently ships small and medium sized orders by international courier. You will be able to choose a courier, e.g. choose between FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS, we will ship as your requires.
2, Are the packages insured?
Shipping with couriers is insured and traceable online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery. In rare cases of lost packages or mis-delivery, Audiosources will offer full assistance and if necessary make insurance claims in your place while shipping replacements to you.
3, How long do you take to ship items to me?
There is no single answer to this question: delivery times (like shipping costs) depend entirely on the items you ordered, the amount of the order& the destination. Depending on what you order ,for Delivery of sample usually within 1 days after we got your payment ( when the product which you order have in stock if no stock will delivery with 5-7 days depend on what product you order ) for Mass products: usually within7-25 days after got your payment .
4, I have an account with DHL / FedEx / TNT/UPS - please can I use my account?
Yes, we can ship by your courier account if you have after we got your account number and if you have a forwarder in China or Hong Kong we can arrange for them to collect the goods from our warehouse in order for you to use their shipping methods.
5, How about the Warranty period?
Car Audio/Video Product : 1 year warranty
Car Security System Product: 2 year warranty
6, How about the maintenance?
Within the warranty period of the product, if our product cause quality problem (except the products are damaged due to the improper or factor generated by man we shall not be responsible and fee) we will bear half of shipping fee. You pay for the shipping fee from your country to China and we pay for the shipping fee from China to your country. Or if you want the parts to repair it in your own country we will send you the free parts and bear the shipping cost .
